1938-50 ½d black & brighter green, as SG 146, the third printing (Heijtz 76c), top four horizontal rows of the sheet forming a block of twenty four showing circular "confetti" flaw affecting Row 3/2 & 3/3 in the shape of a punched piece of paper which would originally have been present on the plate, fine unmounted mint, hinged in selvedge only. One severance at base to about half a stamp's width & slight wrinkles in margins otherwise a lovely scarce positional multiple.
