REQUESTING INFORMATION

General

We have attempted to make the content of our website as exhaustive as possible in order that clients may easily navigate the site and find the answers to as many potential questions as possible. Obviously there will be detail we have overlooked or queries we have not anticipated. In particular, we appreciate how important it is for customers to be able to have their queries regarding auction lots answered as quickly and efficiently as possible.  

Methods of Contact

By Telephone - Our telephone number is +44 (01665) 830268.  Our office is usually permanently manned between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm on each weekday. Outside these hours, our answerphone is permanently available and we will endeavour to return your messages with all due speed. If you do not receive a return telephone call, please do not hesitate to contact us again. Events such as occasional power cuts can mean we have not received your message - rather than ignored it.
